Comparison of the Effects of Stem Cell, Platelet Rich Plasma and Ovarian Follicle Fluid on Burn Stasis Zone (Experimental Study)

Objective: The basic aim in the treatment of second-degree burns is to prevent progressive cell death, and so treatments are directed at zone stasis. In this study, We were aimed investigate healing effects using Mesenchymal Stem Cells (MSCs), Ovarian follicular fluid (OFS) Platelet-rich plasma (PRP) on burn stasis an experimental model. Method: Forty rats divided randomly into four groups. Burns created each group according comb control received no treatment; mesenchymal stem [MSC] MSC; platelet-rich [PRP] PRP; ovarian [OFF] OFF subcutaneously days 1, 3 5.
